Hello, World!
I’m a software developer in Portland, Oregon. I’ve been writing code professionally since 1998. I primarily do application and database programming, and have been working in Ruby on Rails since early 2006.
Since completing my CS degree last summer, I’ve been working for a very small software company that writes bespoke web applications for nonprofits and educational institutions.1 I’ve committed to stay on through the end of the year, but I’m always interested in new opportunities.
I’d love to work on an agile-ish team practicing BDD/TDD/TATFT—and especially one using Ruby. (Smalltalk or Python would also be fine—other languages are negotiable).
